We get the best results from raw data files from 23andMe, AncestryDNA, and MyHeritage. These are standard genotyping files that work reliably across all our reports and DNA matching.
Files from other providers (Nebula, LivingDNA, FTDNA, CircleDNA, SelfDecode, Sequencing.com) can sometimes work, but they're more likely to have issues — from formatting problems to imputed data that causes inaccurate matches. If you have a choice, upload from one of the three main providers.
