The number of matches depends on how many of your relatives happen to be in the Genomelink database. It can also be affected by when your file was processed — we've been rolling out updates to our matching algorithm that find significantly more matches.
If your match count seems unusually low, let us know. We can re-run the algorithm for your account, which often surfaces matches that were previously missed.
