I got a connection request email, but I can't view or accept it.

For connection requests to work, both users need to have "open" profiles. If the other person's profile is set to "limited" or "closed," the request won't go through, even though you may have received an email.

If both profiles are open and you're still getting an error, it's likely a display bug we're aware of. Contact us and we'll sort it out.
