Many of my Traits say "inconclusive" or "preparing." Why can't I see them?

Missing markers. Some Traits require specific genetic markers that may not be present in your uploaded file. Different testing companies test different markers, so some Traits just won't be available depending on which service you used.

Processing error. If most of your Traits show as "preparing" or "inconclusive," the imputation step likely failed in our pipeline. Contact us and we'll re-queue it — this usually fixes the issue quickly.
