Why does my match show up as "Incognito"?

When a user hasn't completed their profile or has chosen not to share their details, they'll appear with a placeholder name like "Incognito Badger" or "Incognito Otter." This protects their privacy until they're ready to connect. You can send them an Invite — if they opt in and create a profile, you'll be able to connect.
