My African Breakdown report failed. Why?

Updated over a week ago

These reports require a minimum percentage of African ancestry (roughly 10% or more) to generate a meaningful breakdown. If your DNA doesn't meet that threshold, the report can't produce results. This doesn't mean you have zero ancestry from that region β€” just that there isn't enough to break down further.

If your report failed for this reason, we'll process a refund automatically.
