We recently migrated to a new bonus ancestry system, and some accounts didn't update correctly during the switch. If your bonuses seem stuck or behind schedule, contact us with your account details and we'll manually bump you to the right week.
Here's how the schedule works: new ethnicity bonuses are released on odd weeks (1, 3, 5, 7...), and Ancient Bloodlines bonuses on even weeks (2, 4, 6, 8...). After Week 14, bonuses switch to once a month. If a bonus has zero results for your DNA, we'll skip that week automatically.
