This can happen, because different raw-data files and different tools can produce very different calls. We check hundreds of markers along each path of the tree; if none of the markers that define that other branch show a derived reading in your file, that call simply isn’t supported by your data. (Sometimes a “different result” traces back to a marker name being read as the wrong branch — for instance, a marker that actually defines a different letter of the tree.) Send us the exact label and where it came from, and we’ll line it up against ours and explain the difference.
