Can I get a refund on a report?

We generally don't issue refunds once a report has been delivered, since each report is custom-generated from your DNA data. We do make exceptions when something clearly went wrong β€” for example, if the report failed to generate, showed no results (like 0% across all ethnicities), or had a technical delivery issue.
