When will I get a refund for a failed report?

If a report fails because there isn't enough ancestry to generate a breakdown, or because of a technical issue we can't resolve (like a Living DNA conflict), we'll process a refund. If you haven't heard back about a refund, contact us and we'll take care of it. Approved refunds usually take 5–10 business days.
