My report failed because I "already have a Living DNA account." But I don't think I do.

Our African Breakdown report is powered by our partner Living DNA. Their system doesn't allow the same email to be registered twice β€” even if you signed up through a different partner service and don't remember it.

If your email is already in their system, we usually can't generate the report. In most cases, we'll issue a refund. In some cases, we may be able to work around it by using a modified email β€” contact us and we'll see what we can do.
