Both reports use different methods. The UK Breakdown is powered by Living DNA, which uses its own marker panel and may impute (fill in) missing genetic markers from your uploaded file. This imputation can shift percentages up or down compared to our Deep Ancestry report, which uses a different approach.
Deep Ancestry is generally more consistent across file types. We're continuously improving it to offer more detailed regional breakdowns, including better UK coverage, in future updates.
