Auto-Renewal Terms

• Please read these Subscription Terms (“Subscription Terms”) carefully before using the Subscription. These Subscription Terms (which include the other documents referenced below) constitute a legal agreement between you ("you" or "your") and Genomelink, Inc. (“Genomelink”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The Terms of Use (https://genomelink.io/legal/terms-of-use) also apply to your use of the Subscription and are incorporated by this reference as part of these Subscription Terms.
  By clicking “Place my order”, or by purchasing and/or using a Subscription, you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms, which include a mandatory arbitration provision that requires the use of arbitration on an individual basis and limits the remedies available to you in the event of certain disputes. If you do not agree to these Subscription Terms, including the mandatory arbitration provision and class action waiver set forth herein, you may not access or use the Services (as such term is defined by the Terms of Use).

• Continuous Subscriptions

  When you register for a Genomelink subscription (“Subscription”), you expressly acknowledge and agree that (a) Genomelink (or our third-party payment processor) is authorized to charge you on a monthly or yearly basis for your Subscription (in addition to any applicable taxes and other charges) for as long as your Subscription continues, (b) your Subscription is continuous until you cancel it or we suspend or stop providing access to the Services or applicable products in accordance with the Terms of Use.

• Continuous Subscriptions

  You may cancel your Subscription online at any time by emailing info@genomelink.io or by visiting the cancellation page at https://genomelink.io/profile/ and following the instructions presented to you. Any order(s) already identified as “processing” or “delivered” or “viewed” in your account or on the Services, however, cannot be cancelled.  You will be responsible for all charges (including any applicable taxes and other charges) incurred with respect to any order identified as "processing" or "shipped" prior to the cancellation of your Subscription.
  In the event you cancel your Subscription, please note that we may still send you promotional communications about Genomelink, unless you opt out of receiving those communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided therein.

• Free Trials

  From time to time, to the extent legally permitted, we may offer free trials of certain subscriptions for specified periods of time without payment. If we offer you a free trial, the specific terms of your free trial will be provided in the marketing materials describing the particular trial or at registration. Except as may otherwise be described on the webpage offering the free trial as “$14 per month, Go UNLIMITED (Monthly)”.
  Free trials are limited to one (1) per household.
  Once your free trial ends, we (or our third-party payment processor) will begin billing your designated payment method on a recurring basis for your Subscription (plus any applicable taxes and other charges) for as long as your Subscription continues, unless you cancel your Subscription prior to the end of your free trial. Instructions for canceling your Subscription are described above. Please note that you will not receive a notice from us that your free trial has ended or that the paid portion of your Subscription has begun. We reserve the right to modify or terminate free trials at any time, without notice and in our sole discretion.
